NCBS is promoting interactions and possibilities aimed at developing a programme that can provide interested and qualified students to obtain a dual M.D. and Ph.D. degree by collaborations with medical Instituitions. Such avenues can provide a formal platform for interactions with biomedical researchers and human-geneticists, and the application of fundamental biology to clinical questions.
