Training program in Generation and Maintenance of Human iPS cells

'The Accelerating the application of Stem cell technology in Human Diseases (ASHD) program and The Centre for iPS Cell Research and Application (CiRA), Kyoto University, Japan is organizing “Training program in Generation and Maintenance of Human iPS cells”  during November/December 2017. The 3 day training program feature instruction on methods for the generation, culture and thawing of human iPS cells using actual materials.

The training program is primarily targeted to the SRFs/PhD students/Post-doctoral fellows all over India. Upper age limit is 40 years.

Selection for the training program will be made based on qualification, prior experience in stem cell culture, statement on their interest in building stem cell resources in India (Candidate should also possess a valid passport with minimum 6 month validity).
