National Centre for Biological Sciences (NCBS) - Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), a premier research Centre is looking for appointment of A Security Officer on contract basis. The contract will be initially for a period of One (1) year which may be extended up to maximum of three (3) years depending on the performance of the candidate.
Qualification & Experience: Graduate from a recognised University. Graduation Equivalent certificate from Ministry of Defence is not sufficient. Ex-serviceman with 10 years service as JCO/MCPO/JWO or equivalent. OR Graduate with 60% marks with NCC (C) Certificate. 5 years experience in Security Work in Grade Pay of Rs 4200/4800 or with equivalent TME (Total Monthly Emolument) and knowledge of use of personal computers and its applications.
Age: Below 40 years.(As on 1.1.2016)
The selected candidates will be required to join immediately. Higher starting salary can be considered for candidates with outstanding record of accomplishment and experience in relevant field.The Institute reserves the right to relax the qualification and experience in deserving cases, reject or accept any application, call limited number of candidates for test/interview.
