National Centre for Biological Sciences (NCBS) - Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), a premier research Centre is looking for appointment of following personnel on contract basis. Selected candidates shall be offered a consolidated pay based on their qualification and experience. The contract will be initially for a period of One (1) year which may be extended up to maximum of three years depending upon the performance of the candidate.
1. Security Officer:
Qualification: 1)Ex-serviceman as JCO/CPO/JWO/MCPO (with 15 -20 years service) or equivalent OR
Graduate with 60% marks with NCC(C) Certificate.
Experience: 1)Five (5) years experience in Security Work in Grade Pay of Rs: 4200/4800 or with equivalent TME (Total Monthly Emolument).
2)Knowledge of use of personal computers and its applications.
Desirable: 1) Experience in Fire & Safety from a reputed institute .
Age limit: Below 40 years (Age relaxation depends upon the length of service in Defence).
Consolidated Salary: Rs. 40,000/- to 50,000/- per month.
The selected candidates will be required to join immediately. In deserving cases, salary will not be a constraint for candidate with higher qualification and relevant experience.
