National Centre for Biological Sciences (NCBS) – Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), a premier research Centre is looking for appointment of a Technical Assistant - Architecture. The appointment will be initially for a period of one (1) year which may be extended based on the performance and review.
Essential Qualification & Experience:
- 3 year Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design with min 60% marks.
- .2 years of experience in developing the Architectural drawings & Interior works in Auto-CAD. Presentation of the drawings using software like Sketch up, Revit & 3D. Knowledge of building & interior materials.
- Good communication & Interaction skills.
Desirable:
- Preparing layout plans and detail drawings for Architectural & Interior works. Working out estimates based on prevailing market rates and supervising Interior works. Identifying suitable agencies for the said jobs, coordinating internally with service engineers for engineering services, preparing the program chart. etc.
Age: Below 28 years. (As on 1.1.2019)
Salary: As per institutional norms
