Alex Gabbay has been making documentaries for major broadcasters, such as the BBC and Al Jazeera, in Africa, Asia and the Middle East for the last 15 years. His films have covered a wide variety of topics from nomads in Tibet, the Hadza tribe in Tanzania and honour killings in Iraq to women's education in Sierra Leone. For the last three years he has turned his focus on the science of human behaviour examining subjects such as consciousness and empathy using a multi disciplinary approach.
