Nikhila Kesavan works as an actor and director in English theatre in Chennai. She received much acclaim for her stage adaptation and direction of Chetan Bhagat's bestseller, Five Point Someone. Produced by The Madras Players in 2007, Five Point Someone was repeatedly staged in Chennai and other cities for well over a year and featured at The Hindu Theatre Festival in Hyderabad. Nikhila's other directorial ventures include Eve Ensler's Necessary Targets and her stage adaptations of Shandana Minhas' Tunnel Vision and Jhumpa Lahiri's A Temporary Matter.
