Chromatin alterations and lncRNAs
I am Zubair. I received my master's in Clinical Biochemistry from the University of Kashmir. During my master's dissertation, I got an opportunity to work in a lab at NCBS. That was my first experience working in a lab, which developed a curiosity in me to know more and ask questions. Here in the DN lab, My work involves exploring the mechanisms of gene regulations by chromatin organization (enhancers, non-coding RNA, TAD boundaries, etc). Things that keep me motivated and energetic apart from the lab include Hiking, Reading, Playing sports and Poetry.
