Hello, I'm Shreyas, a Ph.D. student in the GS-2022 batch. With specialization in microbiology from MSU, Baroda, and prior industrial experience at Serum Institute of India, I am now delving into the fascinating field of chromatin dynamics here at DN Lab, NCBS-TIFR. My research primarily focuses on studying the dynamics of enhancer-promoter chromatin interactions in a signaling context. I aim to unravel the intricacies of gene regulation by specifically dissecting the role of key enhancers within the enhancer clusters and studying their interaction dynamics using live cell imaging approaches. Beyond my scientific pursuits, I have hobbies like swimming, sculpturing, and drawing that enrich my life outside the lab.
