Our Mission
We intend to:
(1) leverage and grow the existing connections between NCBS and other institutes within and across fields in India and the world
(2) link these existing engagements with strengths in chemical, biological and agricultural disciplines represented both in partnering institutions and collaborating labs; in order to
(3) form a strong national program in chemical ecology.By establishing new multidisciplinary interactions between chemistry and many independent sub disciplines of biology, this programme will both build new scientific capacity in India and provide tremendous, unique training and career development opportunities for aspiring and established scientists across the country as well as internationally.
