Three-dimensional analysis by EM Tomography is fast becoming a vital part of structural characterization at the nanometer scale. Though these techniques have been utilized for several years, they are still a challenge to implement. To introduce the technique and to provide advanced training, National Centre for Biological Sciences and Electron Microscopy Society of India (EMSI) is conducting the " 1^st Electron Tomography workshop" from 16^th to 19^th Oct 2016. The four-day extensive course includes both lectures and hands-on instruction to cover theoretical, experimental and practical aspects of EM tomography. This course is designed for researchers who are familiar with Electron Microscopy.
