Research Interest
During my time at NCBS, my work involved studying the effects of restraints on protein folding via CG models and consensus design of an FGF protein.
I am currently a postdoc with Prof Nico van der Vegt in TU Darmstadt, Germany. I am interested in studying the impact of interactions between cosolvents on protein folding. In particular, complex mixtures may exert nonadditive effects on protein stability which we can model via statistical mechanical theory.
