Research Interest
The interactions of plants with microbes are of great importance for the growth and productivity of plants in agricultural and natural ecosystems. The plant microbiome acts as a reservoir of microbes that directly influences the structure and composition of plant, promotes plant growth, increases stress tolerance and mediates local patterns of nutrient cycling. I am keen in exploring these plant-microbial interactions using Genomics and Bioinformatics approach.
