Research Interest
I am interested in applying computational approaches to understand synaptic plasticity and how it is affected in neurodevelopmental disorders like Autism and Fragile X. Currently, I am working on optimization of a biochemical signalling pathway for synaptic plasticity in autism. I am also setting up a web based interface to allow running FindSim (https://github.com/BhallaLab/FindSim) experiments and model optimization using Findsim.
