Research Interest
I completed my undergraduate studies from the University of Calcutta and my master's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. My current research involves understanding the emergence of singular patterns of non-equilibrium tension chains (skin to stress fibres) in the cytoskeleton using techniques from hydrodynamics and solid mechanics.
