Biosafety Level-2 Laboratory (BSL-2):
Biosafety Level-2 (BSL-2) facilities on campus are multi-user facilities, in which different specimens containing known Risk group-2 agents are handled. Applicants are oriented and trained about risks associated with experiments and assessed/evaluated through written examination before providing usership to BSL-2 laboratory facility.
There are 3 BSL2 facilities on campus, each dedicated for work involving different nature of BSL2 samples (PFB).
